freebies in magazine

If anyone buys their magazines instead of downloading, you could have experienced the magazine in it's full glory. Shiny glossy pages, the feel of shiny glossy pages, the smell of it, and most of all.. useful stuff FOR KEEPS!

Sweet so far has the most issues with the best freebies... followed by Non-no.

Pattern isn't as ugly as the other ones..

I like Mina & Seventeen the most, but only for downloading..

Anyway the season's changing and people need inspiration to be good looking ;) And Sweet is full of good looking half caste models. After flicking through, the clothes don't matter anymore. Maybe like after spending it on a plastic surgeon will you be worthy of wearing those clothes... =/

They are trying to mainstream gypsy style this season and I can't tell it apart from the hippie style 3-4 seasons ago...

But good! Time to recycle~ I thought the hippie style was kinda hard to pull off so I sat out that season ;/ Not only that, but hippies are described as people of unconventional appearance with long hair and wearing beads, characterized by rejection of conventional values and taking hallucinogenic drugs.


WHILE gypsies are people who are characterized as living unconventional lives and involved with MAGIC!! Ohhh magical *o* It's like wearing fashionable rags instead of flower prints.

Or maybe flats if they are too high for everyday wear. I trek to uni everyday >=( Past druggies, hobos and aborigines.. Gotta sport a good pair of shoes in case I need to escape from some mad man. And they say Repetto make the most comfortable flats EVER.

Anyway this month has been hard ;-(
So less time to update.
New lab partners and tutorials with no one who seems genuinely nice. It was like last year with pharmacy students who were super competitive. Some of them are really out there to sabotage your experiments >=( This girl with an annoying sing-song voice stopped talking to us because we weren't smart med students. Our DNA sample came out better than hers but it was conjoined to one photo which was sent to her. The day before our assessment she didn't even send it and it smelt like sabotage... But we didn't need it in the end~

Haha my friend made some random comments on science students. Chemistry are on average, borderline ugly, but usually nice. While physics had some pretty good looking people with a quirky humour ;) Pharmacy students are going to struggle finding jobs and that's why they are so desperate for good grades...

Strange stuff happened too. Last week at work I was talking to one of my coworkers who probed on my relationship status. There wasn't much to say even in history and interests.... SO he asked if I was a chicken lady ;o
lolol and he meant gay - which sounded like chicken in Chinese.

I can assure a lot of people I'm not >=o
ANYWAY, I got a lookalike rash this week.

Who knew clinical blackhead removal is like STABBING YOUR FACE!
My skin had been pimply, dry and just overall terrible. So I went to a beauty centre and their diagnosis was too many blackheads. She gave me the "Snow white" treatment and what a LIE! At first it was all nice and calm with the cleansing and aqua purifier. Then she placed a cloth over my eyes to start the blackhead removal. She scrapped my face with something sharp which stung a little and the lady asked if it was bearable. I thought YEH this is nothing! But it was a cover up of the proceeding real pain :( Using her little stabbing stick and something else I couldn't see, she poked and pinched my face for half an hour. I had to sing nursery rhymes in my head to stop thinking how painful it was... The pinching was the worst!
Have to go in this week again... But must go to prevent becoming old hag in 20's...!
