My friend announced she is going to Japan at the end of the year. =( I'm actually scared for her. With all the Nanpa-ing, fashionable people and flashy lights filling every possible space, she might not come back to boring Mexico ~ =D .
But recently came across a German man who took photos of such people who fill up the crowds in hot spots of Japan. He even caught Nozomi Sasaki in Hawaii!! Browsing through the photos, the women definitely had amazing fashion sense. But... not the slightly above average faces to match as I had embedded in my mind =( . Maybe it's because I'm not a lesbian and can't tell. But I rated the nanpa-ing guys slightly hotter than average. This may sound shallow but you can't deny this is what everyone thinks first. =D
Ok here is a comparison:

I think this is average. Most of the ladies had stumpy legs, well compared to Hong Kong who had thinner ladies.

Nice clothes and body but maybe the camera caught her at a bad moment.

Her hair is gorgeous (close up of face ok).
But maybe behind that makeup is a different person. =/

She is like perfect in almost every way!! There's like a humongous difference between the general population and this lady....!

OMG a Tsubasa look-alike!

I guess they go all out or nothing. Pack on the make up or make the clothes really stand out... But some ladies have both of each extreme and they are soooo pretty! They do have a higher notch for the gorgeous people.. =/
Well I can safely conclude... magazines brainwash you! >=o
Haha but what could you expect... =(
Ohh and the clothes are all much more fashionable and affordable! But you have to go into 109 to buy it =( . Maybe one day a crazy japanese may decide to open one in like, Mexico. =D (fingers crossed lolol)
This was from Seventeen '10 March. One of the models remind me of my cousin who is supposedly so much better than me. So I like to buy it and draw mustaches on models I don't like.
Yay budget buys! The only writing in english pointing to what store is POP GIRL and SPIGA which have shops in 109 =( . Yes, one day, I should definitely go to japan... & stalk Ryutaro >=D Ahaha jokes!!
I love the pink and light blue bag! So simple and cute!
But for ¥15000, try to make one DIY style is more attainable =D

These are cuter and ok priced. Better than western bags in my opinion... =D My aunt carried a Loius Vutton around and it was super duper heavy. She made me hold it when I followed her around. >=[ GOSH get a cloth bag next time!
I love her hair!!
One day when I grow out of my mallet cut (true story) I will get that fringe =DHaven't mentioned any guys yet. Sooo in the same magazine...
The men are probably over-photoshopped too ~
ACK! SO gay....
Well that's the end to a rather rambling, opinionated post. I will verify the standard of the German's photos after asking my friend when she comes back =D . Or maybe I should just go there myself!

Au revoir!

The nerdy photo is from Seventeen '10 March as well. That was a really cute (but typical) comic =D
ReplyDeleteYeh her bag does match really well! Too bad walking anywhere else like that would be deemed too provocative =(
OHH & thanks for commenting. This is like a first from people whom I didn't bully to read my posts =)
